1. Testers must complete the application form to enter this Reviewer Program. You will be asked to submit a testing plan as part of the application, but feel free to share your testing plan with us via email communication later on.
2. This event runs from May 15th, 2022 to August 15th, 2022. After the application is approved, our team will contact the applicant by email. If the applicant fails to return the signed agreement and product delivery address to the event organizer within 5 business days, it will be regarded as a waiver.
3. This program is only open to residents of the United States ages 18 or older.
4. The tester must provide a product evaluation/unboxing/actual shooting video/ high-resolution product images or testing blog, whatever is agreed upon in the agreement. 
5. The tester must publish the above video and graphic content on at least one personal account on social media platforms  (such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, etc.).
6. The tester must publish or submit the contents within 30 days of the product delivery.
7. For any tester who fails to meet the deadline or submits unqualified content, the tester will be required to return the product back to TOSOT.  TOSOT has the right to take relevant legal measures to ensure the product is returned.
8. The tester must authorize TOSOT to edit, publish, disseminate, or otherwise use all content (including text, images, and videos) provided by the tester in this event.
9. During the testing time, if the product is lost, sold, malfunctions, or damaged due to improper use/storage, the applicant needs to pay compensation to the event organizer. The compensation amount is the price of the product in the TOSOT official store. 
10.  The product is entirely the property of the event organizer. Users who receive free prizes/incentives will be determined by the event organizer based on the quality of their completed tasks. 
11.  The tester must ensure that all content submitted in this activity does not infringe the rights of third parties. If the use of other people's stories, photos, videos, and music must obtain the prior consent of the rights holder, otherwise the tester will be responsible for any resulting problems. The tester must authorize TOSOT to edit, publish, disseminate or otherwise use all the text, images, videos and other content submitted by the tester during the event.
12. The right to interpret this event belongs to TOSOT. If the event participants violate the rules of the event, once found, the event organizer has the right to cancel their participation qualifications and require the tester to immediately return the product to the organizer.
13. TOSOT reserves the right for the final explanation or changes to this agreement.
